Install steps
  1. Copy .codex/ into your repo root.
  2. Add AGENTS.md, brief.md, CURRENT.md, and GUIDE.md at repo root.
  3. Ensure .gitignore includes the Codex Memory Kit block.
  4. Commit the setup.
  5. Run start and pick a mode to bootstrap memory.
