Codex Memory Kit

Repo-local memory + workflow rules for Codex. Built for shipping fast without rewriting history.

What it does

Stores memory locally in .codex/ (commit it if you want)
Provides modes: design-first, yolo, existing, memory-only
Shows a memory-active UI indicator on every response (mode + locks)
Prevents “helpful” history rewrites with mutation guards + memory locks
Integrates Spec Kit: if .specify/ exists, Spec Kit becomes canonical
